GEO packages

Get seen in AI search, and get traffic out of it.

Two options: a setup and report paid once, or a monthly package sized to your site. Both start by measuring today's score. What the monthly one adds is regular reporting, continuous tracking, and a target score written into the contract.

00The one-off option

Setup and GEO report

For brands that do not want a monthly arrangement. You pay once, the setup and the report are delivered, and you watch what happens. The only difference from a monthly package is that there is no tracking and no continuity afterwards.

$499one-off
Delivery
14 days
Start with the setup
  • A GEO report written for your site: where it stands on all ten checks, why each finding is what it is, and a to-do list in priority order
  • Access setup: robots.txt and llms.txt written, server-side blocks checked and opened one by one against 12+ AI crawlers
  • Entity graph: Organization, WebSite, WebPage and Service nodes, wired to each other by @id
  • Indexing: sitemap set up, IndexNow connected, submission to the search consoles
  • First measurement: the readiness score is recorded, along with which questions you already appear for in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity
  • One delivery report and a handover file: every change made, the final state of each file, and a short guide so your team can carry on alone

Not a precondition for the monthly packages — an alternative to them. The difference is not scope but tracking and continuity: one measurement and one report here, after which the pages are yours to carry forward.

Short answer

What does it take to show up in AI search, and how much does GEO cost?

Galata Media sells generative engine optimisation in two forms. The one-off $499 setup and report is for brands that do not want a monthly arrangement: paid once, delivered, and the effect is watched. The monthly packages — $199, $399 and $799 — carry the same work on with regular reporting, tracking and continuity, and move the score to the target written into the contract.

Key takeaways

  • Showing up in AI search starts with access, not content: if robots.txt blocks GPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot, nothing written will ever be read.
  • The one-off setup is an alternative to the monthly packages, not a gate in front of them: a brand that does not want a monthly arrangement pays once and takes delivery of the work and the report. What it gives up is not scope but tracking and continuity.
  • Reporting on the monthly packages is regular: monthly on Foundation, every two weeks on Momentum and Authority. Every report carries how the score moved and the per-engine citation measurement.
  • The monthly tiers are separated by page count: a 25-page corporate site and a 500-page catalogue need the same work at wildly different scale, not different work.
  • The starting score is measured with a public tool; the client can run the same audit, so the number is a verifiable measurement rather than a one-sided claim.
  • If the target score is not reached within the period written into the contract, the monthly fee stops until it is.
  • Guide pages are published on the client's own domain — so the traffic and the citations coming out of AI accrue to the brand, not to the agency.

Measurement

Can AI read your site at all?

We do not award the score — a tool that reads your site's public files does. You can run the same tool on this site for free and verify the starting score that goes into the contract yourself.

  1. 01

The setup — the starting score

The audit runs ten checks: AI crawler access, llms.txt, schema.org markup, FAQ markup, title and description, a single H1, question-shaped headings, a 40–75 word answer passage, canonical, and language declaration. The number and the state of each check go into the report and into the contract.

  2. 02

    Every month — re-measured

At the end of the month the same audit runs again. The report does not show a score, it shows the score's movement: which check passed, which is still warning, what was done that month and what comes next. Per-engine citation tracking sits in the same report.

  3. 03

The target date — the commitment

Your tier's target score has to be reached by the date written into the contract. If it is not, the work does not stop and the monthly fee is not charged: it continues at no cost until the score is there. This is a promise about the site itself — not about how the engines rank it.

On your site

Where is ChatGPT going to learn about you?

An AI model has to learn about your brand from somewhere, and the positioning line on your homepage is not that somewhere. Every month, guide pages answering questions genuinely searched in your sector get published on your own domain: the title is the query as it gets typed, each page owns exactly one question, and the answer passage stands up when it is torn out of context. Traffic coming out of AI lands on these pages. The guides on this site were written with exactly that method — reading them is how you check it.

Galata Media does this work

Off your site

Why can't the AI verify your brand?

A generative engine does not put a claim it cannot verify into an answer. Everything written on your own site has a single source, and a single source is not verification. That is why part of the work in Momentum and Authority happens off the site every month.

  • 01

Entity records: the brand's name, address, phone and corporate parent written identically in every record the AI reads. An inconsistent record is how an engine ends up seeing two different companies.

  • 02

Sector directories and professional registers: a second source, independent of you, saying what the brand actually does.

  • 03

Source placements: making the site's claims externally verifiable — including putting a primary source behind every number on it.

  • 04

In Authority, an original data study: rather than waiting for someone else's citable statistic, you produce your own — and that statistic cites you.

  • 05

Competitor comparison: same questions, same engines, three competitors. Who the AI is showing in your place — as measurement, not as a guess.

What is promised

The score is promised. A ranking is not.

The target score goes into the contract because we build the thing it measures: access, markup, structure and passages. All of those sit on your domain, verifiable and reproducible.

Citations and traffic are measured and reported every month, but never committed to in advance as a figure. Which source an AI picks is decided by your market, your competitors and how that model behaves this season, and none of the three is ours to control. An agency quoting a percentage up front is selling something it cannot verify — and no unsourced number is published anywhere on this site.

What the independent research says

The GEO study published at KDD 2024 measured that its methods can boost visibility in generative engine responses by up to 40%. Two things need underlining: that is a ceiling, not an average — and what was measured is visibility, not traffic. This is exactly why Galata Media's commitment is tied to the score rather than to a percentage.

Frequently asked

What is the difference between the one-off setup and a monthly package?

Not the kind of work, but its duration and whether it is tracked. Both open access, build the markup and do the indexing — in a monthly package that happens in the first month and is not billed separately. The difference is what follows: the one-off delivers the report and ends, and you watch the effect yourself; the monthly package adds new passages, guides and off-site records every month, re-measures the score and reports on it. One is a photograph; the other is a film.

How often do I get the reports?

Monthly on Foundation, every two weeks on Momentum and Authority; Authority also includes a monthly call. Every report carries the same three things: how the readiness score moved and which check moved it, the per-engine citation measurement, and the list of work done in that period. The one-off option gets a single delivery report; there is no ongoing reporting.

How long do I have to stay on a monthly package?

There is no minimum term; you can stop on one month's notice. The honest answer, though: the target score is written as 90 days on Foundation and Momentum and 180 on Authority, and leaving before that ends the commitment too. Either way the work stays with you — the files, the reports and the published pages are yours, and none of it is taken back.

My site is large — which monthly package do I fall into?

Page count is the first measure but not the only one. What actually decides it is template count: a store with 4,000 products and only three templates is less work than a 120-page corporate site with thirty different layouts. Send the domain, we will run the first audit free and tell you which package is genuinely needed.

What happens if the target score is not reached?

The work does not stop and from that month the fee is not charged: it continues at no cost until the score is there. The one condition is that the work the commitment covers can actually be carried out — if server access, content approval or permission to publish is withheld, the commitment is suspended, because then what is holding the score back is not our work.

How much will my traffic from AI go up?

We do not give a figure in advance, because we cannot. Which source a model picks is decided by the size of your market, what your competitors are doing, and how that model behaves this season. What we measure and report every month is this: on which question, in which engine, were you cited as a source — and if not, who was cited in your place. The only number we commit to is the readiness score, which measures the thing we build.

Whose name do the guide pages go out under?

Yours. The guides are published on your domain under your brand; both the citations and the traffic coming out of AI go to you. Every text is sent for approval before publication, and nothing you have not approved goes live. Galata Media does not appear as a source on those pages — appearing there would move part of the authority being built onto our domain.

Why are the prices in dollars?

Part of this work runs against markets outside Türkiye, and the per-engine measurement tooling is priced in dollars too. On a page meant to stand for years, a lira figure is wrong before the quarter is out. Invoicing can be issued in Turkish lira at the central bank rate on the invoice date.

What if I have no corporate site, or a very old one?

GEO is built on top of a site; with no site there is nothing to build on. In that case the corporate website service comes first, and GEO arrives built into that site from the start rather than as a layer added afterwards. The same order applies to sites sitting on a closed platform where the template cannot be reached.
